Studio Realms is selecting four San Antonio newborn families for our June 5 to 7 workshop. Your baby will be photographed by Stephanie and a small group of advanced photographers, in our Thousand Oaks studio. You walk away with four finished images, plus a $150 studio credit toward additional images or printed products.

Four finished images, plus credit.
A full studio newborn session at Studio Realms in San Antonio. Four professionally retouched images delivered through your private online gallery within three weeks. The $150 deposit applies as credit if you choose to purchase additional images or printed products from your gallery, so it never goes to waste.

Two and a half hours, your studio session.
Plan to be in the studio for about two and a half hours on your scheduled day. We schedule sessions in the morning while babies are most settled. You'll be photographed by Stephanie alongside a small group of advanced workshop photographers. All of us follow the same posing system and safety protocols. We provide all wraps, props, and styling. You bring your baby, a feeding bottle if applicable, and a change of clothes for yourself in case of milk or spit-up.

Slow, calm, on baby's schedule.
Our studio is set to 80 degrees, white-noise soundscape running, lights soft and warm. Your baby leads the pace. We pause for feeds, diaper changes, and cuddles whenever needed. There is no rushing. You're welcome to stay in the room or step out for a coffee. Most parents find it surprisingly relaxing, like a quiet morning at a quiet studio.

Three questions every family asks, answered straight.
"Is my baby's age right for this?"
Newborns photograph best between 4 and 14 days old, when they sleep deeply and curl naturally. We're selecting babies whose due date or birth date falls between May 22 and June 3, 2026. If your baby arrives early or late, we'll do our best to schedule you on a day that fits the window.
"Who exactly is photographing my baby?"
Stephanie leads every session. Alongside her are four to five advanced photographers attending the workshop. Each photographer follows the same posing system and newborn safety protocols Stephanie teaches. Stephanie is hands-on with the baby throughout. You're invited to stay in the room the entire time.
"What about the photos? Where do they end up?"
Your four images are yours, delivered through a private online gallery. Stephanie and the workshop photographers may use the images for their portfolios, social media, and marketing. Your last name and identifying details are never shared publicly without your written consent. You can opt out of social media use specifically when you apply.

Eight years. Nearly a thousand newborns. One studio in San Antonio.
I'm Stephanie, the photographer behind Studio Realms. I've been photographing newborns for eight years, working out of my Thousand Oaks studio for the past three. I trained directly through Kelly Brown's newborn safety and posing program, plus continued education through Milkyway. Before that, I spent two years inside a hospital setting, photographing newborns within hours of birth, where I learned how to handle babies safely from the very first day.
This model call is part of a small workshop I'm teaching in June. I am hand-selecting four families because I want every baby to get the same care, attention, and unhurried session that any paying client of mine would. The deposit covers materials and the session reservation; the four finished images are real images you'd see in any other client's gallery, edited to the same standard.
